By purchasing at www.brainkakaw.com , you agree and accept our terms and conditions of purchases and payments, set out in these Terms and Conditions.

TERMS OF USE

Making a purchase on the site requires the express and full consent as to the conditions and terms of use of the site and the content available on it.

REGISTER

It is not necessary to register before purchasing: just click on the “Checkout” button, and the website will ask for your email. The website will guide you through the purchase process. To complete the purchase, you will need to enter your personal details, shipping address and payment details.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Card and Boleto Bancário.

Once you finish your order, you can choose which way you like best. Other instructions will be given after choosing the payment method.

We inform you that Brainkakaw will not send the printed ticket to your residence and, if your payment is not confirmed by the due date of the ticket, your order will be automatically canceled. When this occurs, the user will be informed by e-mail.

STOCK

If, at the time of shipment, we identify out of stock of any product in your order, we will contact you to inform you of what happened and see how you want to proceed:

  1. Keep the order without the missing product - the first amount paid will be reversed and a new link will be generated to pay the amount corresponding to the order without the product in stock;

  2. Total refund and cancellation of purchase.

Our online store does not reserve any products. Abandoned shopping carts are no guarantee of reservation or purchase.

EXCHANGE, RETURN AND CANCELLATION

Upon receipt of the order, check if there are products damaged by transport, opened, violated or used and if there are products delivered that do not correspond to those purchased on the website and / or the invoice.

Our return policy is 7 days. After 7 days of receiving the product (s), unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.

In order to make the return, you must not have started consuming the product and must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

As it is a product of a delicate and perishable nature, it becomes more sensitive to climatic variations during transport. It can undergo subtle changes in its appearance and texture, which can vary from batch to batch. The products are always carefully packaged so that no changes are made to the product.

Cancellation

After the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.

Refunds (when applicable)

Refunds without returning the goods allegedly damaged will occur only in extreme cases and with the presentation of supporting documents.

Once the product for return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your goods for return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method of purchase in a few days.

Refund late or not received (when applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be released.
Then contact your bank. In general, there is a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (when applicable)

We only exchange defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send an email to deli@brainkakaw.com .

Shipping for return or exchange

Customer will be responsible for paying the freight to return the product. We do not refund shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The return of the product (s) must be made together with your invoice, in the original packaging, without any kind of damage or violation.

Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.

If you are going to send a product over R $ 75.00 (seventy-five reais), consider hiring a freight service with tracking or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned product.

DELIVERY
Customer commitment

During the purchase process on the website (including registering an access account), you must provide a true, correct, complete and up-to-date delivery address. These data are exclusively your responsibility.

By informing a delivery address, you agree to be present at the location or that a person responsible for receiving the order is present.

If the address provided is false, incorrect, incomplete and / or out of date, Brainkakaw disclaims any responsibility, including reshipping orders, returning paid amounts, bonuses, etc.

We use SEDEX couriers in their own weatherproof packaging.

Shipping and delivery

After payment confirmation, we have up to 3 (three) business days to separate, assemble and post your order. Pay attention to the deadline informed at the time of purchase, it is provided exclusively by the Post Office and starts counting the day after the date of posting.

Delays

Most deliveries are made within the period that is informed to you at the time of purchase. If there is a delay with your order, see below for possible reasons:

  • Incorrect address;

  • Missing address information, such as street or apartment number;

  • Payment problems, which end up implying the time that your order is approved to be dispatched;

  • Severe weather conditions;

  • Unexpected technical problems with processing your order.

In case of possible delays, if possible, wait for 1 (one) business day after the delivery period provided by the Post Office and inform what happened by e-mail deli@brainkakaw.com .

Brainkakaw cannot be held responsible, legally or judicially, for any delays and failures related to the order delivery process.

Upon receiving your order

Upon receipt of the order, check if there are products damaged by transport, opened, violated or used and if there are products delivered that do not correspond to those purchased on the website and / or the invoice.

In case of breakdown or missing products, contact Brainkakaw and report what happened. For damaged, open, tampered or used products, also attach one or more photos in the email that prove the problem. Within 2 (two) business days, we will return your contact, starting the product non-compliance process. You will choose between reshipping the missing and damaged products or refunding the purchase.

Shipping cost

The freight charge will be calculated automatically by the website at the time of purchase, taking into account the weight and volume of the products purchased, zip codes of origin and destination, and the selected delivery service. To find out how much delivery costs to your address, just put your zip code in the space indicated inside the cart.

It is applied to purchases over R $ 350.00 (value referring to products, not including freight).
