Brainkakaw was created to meet the newest and most demanding tastes in the world of chocolate!

 

We are specialised in providing high-quality chocolates with pure cocoa content originating from the farms to the whole world, promoting these authentic delicacies for everyone.

 

Cocoa of origin: Kakaw is the original name of the cocoa,

given by the Mayan for the purest product they made, and we use this name to highlight the specialties that come straight from the farms to do you good!

The chocolates that Brainkakaw supplies are extremely pure, with unique and exclusive origins from the traditional cocoa belt from Brazil and the world. It is pure mass (liqueur) and cocoa butter with organic sugars or without, following special recipes also in the production processes highlighting the unparalleled taste of a pure chocolate from nature, as it does not contain chemicals. Not withstanding the healthy parts preserved in these single origin goods.

Today supermarket chocolates can have a very diverse raw material origin, mixed without distinction of origin in flavour. In addition, these can be classified as "chocolate-based" sweets, they do have cocoa content, but much less than the other ingredients that make up these recipes with sugar, fats, flavourings and preservatives.

COCOA OF ORIGIN WITH UNCOMPARABLE QUALITY

Kakaw almonds are obtained from native and centuries-old cocoa trees, nourished by the flow of crystalline water from the forest and by the rich soil that contains 90% of the elements of the periodic table, enriched by compounds from the Atlantic zone.

The natural hybrids of Forastero & Trinitário, Catongo, Para and Parazinho are cared for in a system called CABRUCA , in which the cocoa trees grow and bloom and bear fruit in the midst of other local cultures: cloves, bananas, mangoes, cupuaçu, acerola, pitanga, pepper, pineapple and many riches of nature!

Fermentation is carried out in special round barrels, so that there are no corners in which the almonds are trapped.

Then, the careful and constant rotation of the almonds ensures a formidable natural drying process preserving the original flavour, healthy parts and aroma.
