If you are not yet registered on the site, you must complete your registration. Next, you must fill in your personal data, address and payment details. Once finished, check all the data. If you are going to store it for a few days, keep it in a dry and ventilated place, protected from light. Also be careful not to put it next to smells or aromas, such as teas, coffees, condiments, garlic, etc.

If your order was canceled by Brainkakaw, consider one of the possibilities below:
- Impossibility of debit corresponding to the purchase with the credit card company;

- Delivery request to PO Box address;
- Lack of products or region not served by the e-commerce.
In any of the above options, the chargeback (if the payment was made by card) will be done automatically.
